1. General

By accessing our website, booking services, or training at Phuket Fight Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all members, guests, and visitors.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings for training, accommodation, or packages must be made in advance via our website, email, or in person.
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and may change without prior notice.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Phuket Fight Club are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Cancellations by the customer
No-shows
Injuries or medical conditions
Changes in travel plans
Weather conditions

Bookings may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of Phuket Fight Club, subject to availability.

4. Health & Fitness

By participating in training, you confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that may affect your ability to train.
You train entirely at your own risk and are responsible for your own insurance.

5. Liability Waiver

Phuket Fight Club, its trainers, and staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property during training or while on the premises.

6. Code of Conduct

All members and guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other participants.
Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Gym Rules

Follow all coach instructions at all times
Use equipment properly and return it after use
Appropriate training attire is required
Maintain personal hygiene

8. Accommodation (if applicable)

Guests must respect the property and other guests at all times.
Any damages caused must be paid for in full by the guest.

9. Personal Belongings

Phuket Fight Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables secure.

10. Media & Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during training for marketing purposes.
By participating, you consent to their use unless you request otherwise in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

Phuket Fight Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
