CLASSES LIST

Phuket Fight Club built a training schedule. We abide to a strict rule set that we’ve set for ourselves in order to create true success and desired results for our participants. We believe that with the right motivation, the best possible training, best training partners, our experienced and skilled trainers.

Wrecking Ball

A class where you are the master of your timer. You’ll be given a set time to finish a variety of exercises, where you will decide the weights used and the intensity. The exercises will vary from bodyweight movements to weighted movements but will be catered for everyone’s level.
A fun class if you are new to fitness. A solid workout if you want to pick up the pace an extra notch.

Time Frame: 60-75min
Monday,Wednesday: 4pm – 5pm
Level: open for all levels

Shredder

This class will give no inch of your body a rest. This high intensity class will ramp up your heart rate in no time, but will let it rest just enough to be able to pick it right back up. The Shredder will literally shred your body, and push you to your limits. This interval session will definitely be one on your agenda.

Time Frame: 60-75min
Monday,Wednesday,Friday: 8am – 9am
Level: open for all levels
Structure: Different work-rest intervals for several rounds, moving through different exercises. The exercises will vary every session. Weights will be used according to your level.

Fight Club

This conditioning class is based on preparing martial artists for their fight. As most fights, whether it be muay Thai, BJJ, or MMA vary between 3 and 5 min, this class is structured to condition fighters for these time periods. 5 rounds of 5 minutes with 1 min break in between the rounds, with fighter-specific movement, is just what you need to get your cardio ramped up for your upcoming bout, or just if you want to feel what it’s like to train like a champ.

Time Frame: 60-75min
Tuesday, Thursday: 8am – 9am & 4:00 – 5:00pm
Level: open for all level

Siam Reaper:

This is our signature class that only runs once a week, and there’s good reason for it. We will push you to and beyond your mental and physical limits.

The class consists of a variety of functional movements that will change from week to week. The class will be interval based, but the layout and times are up to the coach!

If you’re an athlete or you consider yourself fit, this is a great test for you. This class isn’t designed for beginners and we will hold no hostages, if you’re a struggler, you’re out!

Level = Advanced

Where are you located?

The Phuket Fight Club is located at 19/2 Moo 3 Soi Palai, Chalong, Phuket.
We are on the same street of Phuket Zoo and few hundred meters away from the
Sea with a nice pier and some restaurants.

Where can I stay while training at the Phuket Fight Club?

At the Phuket Fight Club, you can stay right at the training Center in order to be near your training and classes.  See our Accommodation Page for details.

What does a typical Muay Thai class look like?

A typical Muay Thai class at the Phuket Fight Club would be consisting of an initial
warmup running, skipping rope and shadow boxing.
Then, some sessions you will sparr, do pad and bagwork and clinching.
To finish, sprints or strength and conditioning workout.

Which skills do I need prior to training at the Phuket Fight Club?

To train at the Phuket Fight Club, you don’t necessarily need to bring any skills or
experience with you. We cater to participants of all abilities, from professional fighters to beginners alike. The trainers can teach all the basics and prepare to fight.

Where can I eat?

Near the Phuket Fight Club there are some choices.
Next door to our gym, you can find a restaurant open daily until 22h.
On the same street there are have many thai mini mart and restaurants that serves food is pretty cheap and healthy.
Near the waterfront there are several good restaurants specializing in fresh seafood
Couple kilometers away, on Soi Taied you can find more variety of food: barbecue, Turkish food, Vegan food, etc. The cheapest restaurants.
Some restaurants delivery for free to our location, as Allis BBQ, BBQ Club and Mangia Fuoco. Just look for them on Facebook, check the menu and order by Messenger or WhatsApp.

What should I bring with me?

As a matter of hygiene, we recommend you bring your own gloves, shin pads, hands wraps and mouth guard.
Come with your running shoes and wearing comfortable clothing that you can move freely.
